BPI Opens More hours and Days to Serve Clients

This morning, I went to BPI Highway Mandaue to make cash deposits. The bank has a new look which I remembered to have occurred last year but another new great change is the integration of machine that lets clients to input data on touchscreen monitor on their deposit, withdrawal and bills payments transactions.

Waiting on long queues on standing position is the hassle I experienced before with BPI. And the bank setting was gloomy and less comfortable than other banks.

Glad to see the changes though as the bank has made steps to enhance their services and the ambiance of their outlets.

Aside from those news of aesthetic and technology improvements, the third largest bank also expanded their operation days. The 9-5 operation hours extended from the usual 5 days to 7.

There is no rest day for this bank now. I don’t know with their staffs though but it is another news that came from the bank.

I don’t know if certain issues as to this change have been set on the table properly. But perhaps, many depositors would be glad about this news.
