Yesternight, I was invited by a real estate agent/friend who partnered with me to create a new real estate blog, Cebu Best Properties. The notice was made on the 12th hour and I still had many things to do. I was late during the talk but I was still catered to small buffet dinner offered by Primary Homes for their Avalon Condominium.
Yes, I have recently ventured to real estate, in addition to blogging and Internet marketing. The thing is this business can be lucrative. When it’s done online the Internet marketer way, it could be a double wham!
I heard things about real estate agents getting lots of deals and big gains from the sale of estate properties by doing promotion and blogging about Cebu estates online. My blogger friend also recommeded this business for integration with Internet marketing because of the handsome return she made.
It took me three months to realize the potential of real estate biz combining with Internet marketing methods and technques. Now, last week was the initial phase for the promotion of Cebu Best properties site. :Last night, I was taken to a grand tour to check the rooms of Avalon Condominium that could be homes to expats and well-to-do Filipino families and yuppies.
Knowing the trade is part of the first phase and I think I like it, even though with my current situation with piling responsibilities that I am loaded.
