The launch of iPhone 4S was done simultaneously in major cities in the Philippines. Two giant telecom companies made the launching on the same date, December 15, 2011.
PNoy was made the first Subscriber of iPhone 4S by Globe while Smart made a launching part of the same unit from Apple at midnight in Rockwell, Powerplant Mall.
Globe didn’t miss Cebu in introducing the unit to the Cebuano market. My blogger friends, particularly Cebu Tech Blogger, Bert Padilla, made it during the event and even did a live blogging about it at Raddisson Blu.
Though I failed to attend the event, I have to satisfy myself by checking on some features of the iPhone 4S online.
I am not really a fan of this unit before but after some thoughts, and yes many of my co-bloggers in Cebu have their iPhones to flaunt, I say, I have to save up and grab this unit for my self-consumption.
It never hurts to reward yourself. In my case, I will have to add one more touch phone unit to be in the trend, especially now that being mobile is really important, with the “line of works” I am now in. I keep missing emails because I can only check new messages at home in my PC and laptop.
And yes, being a blogger, being mobile is utterly important. I don’t want to delay postings after the events.
